Conference tickets are non-refundable and transferable.

If your plans change, and you are no longer able to attend the event, you cannot “cancel” and then get a refund.

What you can do is give your ticket to somebody else, or sell your ticket to somebody else (and it is your responsibility to find that “somebody else”).
